This purple cup was hand thrown on our potter’s wheel; then trimmed with joy. After a bisque firing, it was then brushed with a white glaze, and a purple glaze was applied with a sponging technique on the outside. A clear glaze was applied over the whole piece and it was fired in a kiln for a second time.
